We're with you whatever happens
Yes, Ron. We're with you whatever happens, Harry =') even if you do end up dead.
All right, morbid matters aside, let's talk about cheerful things, shall we?
Like Hot Fuzz! AWESOME!
It was pretty sick in some parts, with the murders very graphically portrayed. Blood spurting out everywhere. There's this one scene where part of a church spire drops onto a guy's head, point down, and it goes right through his skull into his chest. Then there's another one with the local florist being stabbed in the throat with her own shears, a guy being blown up in his own house, another guy with his girlfriend beheaded...and the reason the PoliceForce Service could come up with, and stick with, and defend themselves with...is that all those incidents were accidents.
Simon Pegg as Nicholas Angel was really good. And Nick Frost as Danny Butterman was the comic relief...respect, towards the end of the movie!
And these, coincidentally, were my sister's favourite lines from the movie (well she was laughing her head off):
Nicholas Angel: [after blowing off Dr. Hatcher's toe] You're a doctor, deal with it!
Danny Butterman: Yeah, motherfucker!
Funny sense of humour. But I loved the movie too :D
Had a family gathering just now, at my cousin's house, and the kitten was...frisky. Vicious, more like. I thought Sticky was grumpy enough :P but this cat beats her hands down. Trixie was racing round scratching, biting and jumping on every available limb the whole time we were talking in the hall. Insane cat. 'Course, the gold moment was seeing my eldest cousin running up the stairs screaming like a girl when the cat ran towards him. Cat-from-Hell had this cuddly lion called Leonard to play with, but it was biting and pouncing on it like anything. Cat on steroids.
Never underestimate thy pet. Nyahah.
Wait - Bill Nighy was in Hitchhiker's Guide? Oh yeah, he was that guy who designed all those planets! Cool, very cool. He was in Hot Fuzz too. And Pirates. And I Capture the Castle. Maybe he'll be in the next Potter movie - ? Possibly, since he's British, and a popular actor.
SO glad the tenth week is OVEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRR!
