Watched Sweeney Todd today.

The best thing that ever happened to me all this sucky weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek...

1. Johnny Depp!

Only he can look that hot in weird hair and panda eyes. Oh, and all that emo-ing onscreen. But he makes everything look so...right. Even when he's singing to his lovely silver razor blades he doesn't sound corny or anything - just awesome.

(Emo kids, take some tips from Uncle Johnny, savvy?)

Er...but the blood was a wee bit too graphic for me liking.

2. Helena Bonham Carter

Wiki reports that her chest size varied noticeably during the film because she was pregnant during filming. Ah, yes, banyak cleavage. But that's not the point.

She can sing! I mean, really really sing! Awesome. Especially when she first meets Sweeney...oh go watch it!

3. Sacha Baron Cohen

Stupid Italian accent. Stupid costume. Stupid airs. Stupid guy. Awesome acting.

4. Soundtrack

I love the lyrics. And the music is...seriously, watch out for the scene where Depp and Alan Rickman sing Pretty Women in a duet. Nearly died in the cinema.

5. I love the setting - the whole tone, and the washed-out colours - everything. Can't imagine anyone else but Burton directing the movie.

6. Favourite moment ever: Depp in that stupid black and white striped men's swimming suit at the beach. Very squealable - so kewt! And that deadpan expression! *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*

The movie's sick, yeah, and thank goodness for censorship in certain graphic bloody violent scenes - but it was soooooooo good. Go watch. Don't miss it.
